I am a resident of Bellmore for over 32 years and a Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate for 20 years and enjoying every minute of it. I have raised three sons in Bellmore and I am very knowledgeable about the school district and the many activities the Merrick, Bellmore, Wantagh, East Meadow, Baldwin areas have to offer. I was an active member of the P.T.A. for many years, as well as other charitable organizations. I have devoted most of my time now to my real estate career at which I have been very successful, due to my dedication and hard work.

I feel the most important aspect of my career is to give the best service and attention to my clients that I possibly can. I make myself available to meet the needs of my clients anytime day or night. I have a 24 hour voice mail that alerts me wherever I am, as well as a pager and cell phone. I try to make a difference in the way I do business as compared to other agents. Everyone is important to me no matter what their price range might be. I truly care about the needs of either a seller or a buyer. I am always a phone call away and there to answer any questions anyone might have. I will always do my very best to continue the excellent service I provide with a caring touch.

I know selling a home might seem quite easy, but there are many things a homeowner may not be aware of such as the appraisal process when a buyer applies for a mortgage. Making sure the appraiser gets the correct information on other properties that sold in the general area. Or if there is an addition to the house, such as a deck or shed I can advise the homeowner in the right direction for the necessary paper work to be filed. Very often homeowners are not aware of the necessary paper work to complete the transaction. It is extremely important that when you get to the closing table everything is in order to close on your home without any last minute problems coming up. I also make sure the seller gets the best price possible and will market your home to insure that possibility. I qualify the buyers by checking their income, assets and credit report either through our in house mortgage broker or an outside bank.

When buying a home it is probably the most important investment of your life and you want to be sure that you don't make any mistakes along the way. I am there to guide you from beginning to end helping you make the right decision on the purchase of your new home. I will give you my honest opinion on the properties you select as I always want my buyers to be happy with their purchase. If they are pleased then I know they will refer people to me in the future, which is what my business is all about. And hopefully in the years to come when the buyers are ready to purchase another home, they will remember my expertise and call me to help them once again.
